You can't tell enough for a picture but it is official Zach's teeth have started to come in and although he will have a very cute new smile the toothless grin days are over :)
Michleene is right...save those sleepless nights by giving him some Tylenol when he's unhappy about his teeth. I'll also wish you luck and I hope he's not a biter.
